2. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unmodified, and in the same condition as received.
  • It is returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.

To start a return, contact us at support@bitnovallc.com with your order number and details. Our team will guide you through the process.

Please note: Due to the size and nature of shipping containers, some returns may require inspection or restocking fees based on condition and transportation costs.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or modified containers.
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Containers that show signs of damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or defective item.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@bitnovallc.com within 7 days of receiving your item.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the container has been dispatched or customized, cancellation will not be possible.


7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the situation.


8. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or damaged on arrival).
